This was my first time making a 3 part mold of a more complex object. Its design required planning around how to align a head armature into the mold, where to plot seam lines, pour spouts, and air vents.
After making my first few molds for stop motion puppets, I decided to use hydrocal instead of plaster to increase the strength and durability of the mold.
